The outdoor spaces have been inspired by the European public plazas. Carefully crafted walkways with benches, trees and a place to sit provide connections to the surrounding Bellevue community.

Bellevue Village offers ample seating areas for residents to enjoy in between browsing the markets and boutique shops.

What other public amenities for neighbors are included in the project? Will neighbors be welcome on the property?

Our focus is to connect our project to the surrounding neighborhoods through a rich public realm. North and South Parcels have been designed with public mews – narrow, lively streets – and flanking plazas off NE 8th Street with a variety of public seating, fountains and green spaces proposed. We’re working closely with the City of Bellevue to carefully organize our collection of buildings to maximize sunlight, while respecting the varied height requirements within the parcel. Shops off the mews and plaza will help activate these spaces creating an engaging public environment.

QFC has been our neighborhood meeting place. Will QFC and Bartell Drugs be back in new project?

Yes, there will be a grocery store and a drugstore. We can’t say for certain yet which stores but we understand the value of creating a neighborhood gathering place.

In addition to the grocery and drug stores, what other kinds of retail do you anticipate as part of the project? Will there be a restaurant or hotel?

We are proposing a number of multi-uses for both North and South Parcels, which include the following: Hotel, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Delicatessen, Pizza, Flower shops…etc., Office space (professional, medical), Grocery Store and Pharmacy.

What’s the timeline for construction? When will it start and be finished? Are both North and South projects being constructed at the same time?

We will construct the North Parcel as one phase over a three-year period. We will hold off on the South Parcel until the North Parcel is nearing completion.

How will you manage construction impacts to the neighborhood?

We will make every effort to reduce construction impact on the surrounding neighborhood. We will have a comprehensive construction and safety management plan in place prior to starting construction.

How many people will be living in the towers when its fully built out?

North Parcel will have 1150 homes and 1500 homes for the South Parcel.

Pinnacle is known for luxury residences. Are there any affordable housing units included the towers? How many?

Yes, five percent of the homes will be affordable, or around 132 residences.

What is the plan for all the new cars and trips created by the housing and retail space?

We are working closely with the City of Bellevue and our experienced transportation consultant to minimize traffic impacts created by our proposed development.
