Our focus is to connect our project to the surrounding neighborhoods through a rich public realm. North and South Parcels have been designed with public mews – narrow, lively streets – and flanking plazas off NE 8th Street with a variety of public seating, fountains and green spaces proposed. We’re working closely with the City of Bellevue to carefully organize our collection of buildings to maximize sunlight, while respecting the varied height requirements within the parcel. Shops off the mews and plaza will help activate these spaces creating an engaging public environment.
Yes, there will be a grocery store and a drugstore. We can’t say for certain yet which stores but we understand the value of creating a neighborhood gathering place.
We are proposing a number of multi-uses for both North and South Parcels, which include the following: Hotel, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Delicatessen, Pizza, Flower shops…etc., Office space (professional, medical), Grocery Store and Pharmacy.
We will construct the North Parcel as one phase over a three-year period. We will hold off on the South Parcel until the North Parcel is nearing completion.
We will make every effort to reduce construction impact on the surrounding neighborhood. We will have a comprehensive construction and safety management plan in place prior to starting construction.
North Parcel will have 1150 homes and 1500 homes for the South Parcel.
Yes, five percent of the homes will be affordable, or around 132 residences.
We are working closely with the City of Bellevue and our experienced transportation consultant to minimize traffic impacts created by our proposed development.
